Questions, answered

How does the free hackathon ticket work?
When your first month is paid, you get a single-use code by email: a free ticket to any Pirate Skills hackathon. A new code follows every three months for as long as the pass runs. Use it yourself or give it to someone – the code is not tied to your name.
What is gold for?
Gold pays for the Captain, the AI in the Lab. The Pirate Pass refills your gold to 3,000 every month, the Forge Pass to 6,000. Gold you earn by taking part keeps for a year.
How does the three-month minimum work?
Both passes are monthly and net – VAT is added at checkout. The first three months are the minimum. After that the pass runs month to month and you can cancel any time from your billing page. If you cancel earlier, billing runs to the end of month three and then stops by itself.
What does the Forge Pass add?
The live Pirate Forge: Build and Grow, two six-week phases, one 2-hour Zoom session a week with Ben. Start at the beginning of either phase. The next Build starts 30 Sep 2026 and the next Grow starts 11 Nov 2026. You also get the recordings and workbooks, and 6,000 gold a month. The Pirate Pass is included.
What if it's not for me?
Not for you? Full refund of your first month within 14 days – and the three-month minimum is waived.
Can my company pay?
Yes. A company can buy one Forge cohort as a one-time purchase – €1,500 plus VAT, by proposal and invoice. Book a call with Ben and he sends the proposal.
