The whole thing in two minutes

Ben walks you through what happens in the hour, who it is pitched at, and what you leave with.

Who this is for

No technical background needed. That is not a disclaimer – it is the point.

This is for you if

  • You use ChatGPT and suspect there is more
  • Founder, marketer, product or professional – not a developer
  • You want one clear use case of your own, not a tour of forty tools
  • You'd rather see something real happen than sit through slides

Probably not, if

  • You already build with AI agents day to day
  • You want a tool comparison or a certificate

Already building? Pirate Lab is the room you want.

Three levels,
one hour

We take one real task and run it at all three levels. Same task, three very different answers – that is where you find your own.

Chat β€” Your thinking partner

Chat β€” Your thinking partner

Level 1

A better Google. It researches for you, drafts for you, and thinks with you – from what it already knows.

What it unlocks

Better thinking, faster. More personal answers than any search engine gives you.

Where it stops

It has never seen your actual work – not your inbox, your calendar, your documents, your customers.

The next level gives it access to the work itself.

Co-Work β€” Your colleague

Co-Work β€” Your colleague

Level 2

Connected to the suite you already work in – mail and calendar, Teams or Workspace, Linear or Asana, Notion, your analytics, and the browser itself.

What it unlocks

Your better thinking turns into finished work. Requests get turned around faster and come back at a higher standard.

Where it stops

An agent is automating the work, but it still waits to be asked – every time, from scratch.

The next level stops automating the task and starts building the tool that does it.

Code β€” It runs without you

Code β€” It runs without you

Level 3

The agent stops doing the work and builds the tooling that does it – running on its own, showing you the picture, and reaching your customers.

What it unlocks

The daily and weekly work becomes software you own. Dashboards for the parts of the business you keep asking about, and real experiences for your customers.

Where it stops

It takes practice – first version to something reliable is real work.

Why I run this

I spent years waiting for someone else to build my products.

I am not a developer. For most of my career as a founder, that meant every idea I had went through someone else – a technical co-founder, a product person, an agency. I could sell the thing. I could not build it. So the roadmap was never really mine.

What changed was not that I became technical. The tools moved. The distance between describing what you want and having it exist got short enough that someone like me could cross it.

That is the whole reason this session exists. Not to convince you that AI is important – you already know that. To show you where the ladder actually starts, and that the first level is closer than it looks.
