Beginner-friendly β for founders, marketers & professionals
AI Compass
Let's go past ChatGPT to see what AI can do for you and your business β level up πͺ from chat to co-work to code
Who this is for
No technical background needed. That is not a disclaimer β it is the point.
This is for you if
- You use ChatGPT and suspect there is more
- Founder, marketer, product or professional β not a developer
- You want one clear use case of your own, not a tour of forty tools
- You'd rather see something real happen than sit through slides
Probably not, if
- You already build with AI agents day to day
- You want a tool comparison or a certificate
Already building? Pirate Lab is the room you want.
Three levels,
one hour
We take one real task and run it at all three levels. Same task, three very different answers β that is where you find your own.

Chat β A better Google
Level 1You ask, it answers β drafting, summarising, researching, from what the model already knows.
What it unlocks
Faster writing and clearer thinking. Genuinely useful.
Where it stops
No access to your actual work β not your files, your inbox, your customers.
The next level gives it access to the work itself.

Co-Work β AI that does the work
Level 2Connected to your documents, calendar, inbox and data β it works your tools instead of describing them.
What it unlocks
The copy-paste work disappears. Tasks get done with your real context.
Where it stops
It still waits for you to ask β every time, from scratch.
The next level turns the task into something that runs without being asked.

Code β You own the software
Level 3Describe the tool you need and have it built β for your team or your customers, no developer first.
What it unlocks
The task becomes a thing that exists and keeps working. You own it.
Where it stops
It takes practice β first version to something reliable is real work.
Why I run this
I spent years waiting for someone else to build my products.
I am not a developer. For most of my career as a founder, that meant every idea I had went through someone else β a technical co-founder, a product person, an agency. I could sell the thing. I could not build it. So the roadmap was never really mine.
What changed was not that I became technical. The tools moved. The distance between describing what you want and having it exist got short enough that someone like me could cross it.
That is the whole reason this session exists. Not to convince you that AI is important β you already know that. To show you where the ladder actually starts, and that the first level is closer than it looks.
