To decide which part of your funnels needs the most attention, you need to able to see where you lose most of your customers. That is often done in tools like Google or Facebook Analytics. Once you find the weak point in your system, you need specialized tools, e.g., Hotjar and Google Optimize to improve your websites. We’ll give you an overview of the tools and a recommendation that makes you send in your case.
The analytics and the tools are only able to tell you that you have a bottleneck, but not how to fix it. Therefore we’ll develop three concrete changes you should be focusing on after the workshop.
